The Vordurja Learning Programs series was launched in July 2022. Vordurja plans to launch, in partnerships with subject matter experts, a slew of carefully curated courses in a variety of domains.
The programs will leverage student-institute-industry connect to develop specific skill sets. The Awareness programs will aim at giving exposure through short courses, talks or tours. Competency and Expertise courses will focus on building deep skills that will have a direct bearing on getting jobs or making a smart jump in one’s career. Currently, the programs are targeting class 8-12 students, freshers / early entrants (1-2 years experience) to the workforce, young professionals (with 5-7 years’ experience).
Awareness programs will aim at giving exposure through short courses, projects talks or tours. The programs are meant for anyone eager to pick up basic knowledge in a particular area. These programs will be useful to whet the curiosity of students in a particular subject before introducing them to deeper concepts. The target students may be K12 or graduate students..
Competency programs will impart specific skills to the trainees selected by the sponsoring companies. The target students may be freshers and/or working professionals. The engagement duration will be between 2-12 weeks. As a part of Competency Programs, Vordurja also plans to launch internship and mentorship programs for students and corporates.
Expertise programs will be 6-18 months credit courses blended with the University curriculum. The individual courses will be launched together with partnering Universities. The courses will be designed for industry needs and curated for specific companies who offer confirmed placements to the participating students. . .
One of the focus areas of this practice will be to design and launch curated courses in selected domains for mid-sized corporates or educational institutes for their employees and students respectively. Competency and Expertise programs will fall in this category They will be specifically designed and curated by Vordurja’s own subject matter experts or industry leaders. They will be targeted for graduate students and working professionals. Vordurja also plans to actively work on an internship and mentorship program and in the process help the students develop specific skills.

This course was launched in July 2022 and one batch of students have already passed out. Our client Noida based, Net Prophets have already signed us up for another batch.
